Based on Thanatos from the hit video games series, Hades. 💀

This was part of a collab with my spectacular art friends! The aim was to study and recreate characters from the Hades series within a 2 month timeframe. I was the only one in the group crazy enough to go through the whole game-ready process of sculpting, retopology, texturing and rigging, all on top of going off-concept with a different pose. It was a challenging endeavour. It helped me understand the difficulties with this rendering style, but boosted my confidence in other areas such as character rigging! It was amazing to see everybody's character come together in the group render. 😄
